I have not heard any other complaints.  Please provide more 
information: Enable CONFIG_USB_DEBUG and post the dmesg log showing the 
problem.  Also post a dmesg log from a kernel with CONFIG_USB_DEBUG 
and CONFIG_USB_SUSPEND both set, for comparison.
