While I'm not opposed in principle to adding SG support to dummy-hcd,
it might make more sense in this case to fix the UAS driver.  After
all, there's no rule that UAS devices have to run at SuperSpeed.  This
means that a UAS device could be plugged in under any host controller,
and the driver ought to be able to handle it.
