I've started work on the support for USB 3.0 link power management, and in the process I've run into a couple bugs in lsusb. The first two patches fix those bugs and the third RFC patch adds a BOS descriptor to the xHCI kernel driver. Matt, could you look over the last patch for endian safeness? I'm not sure if I got it quite right (or if there's a easier way to write an le16 field into the buffer).
