The error message indicates that the device got disconnected from the
USB bus and then reconnected, possibly after doing sort of internal
reset.  Hard to say why; it could be caused by a number of things.  
The most likely is that it didn't like a message it received shortly
before this happened.  A usbmon trace might help.
