NAK this for anything containing my copyright. NAK the one about warranty

The license document includes the text for a reason and the file can
easily get separated from the Linux kernel or quoted on its own.

Please also do not apply this to any file containing a line of Intel
owned code without consulting and obtaining appropriate permission from
Intel. It's a required part of the GPL text to be used on anything coming
out of Intel and I assume our legal department required it for a reason
