These patches add usb_endpoint_maxp().
But it is not so important, so, I put these patches as [RFC]

only renesas_usbhs use usb_endpoint_maxp() for now
Please let me know if I should modify all of le16_to_cpu(xx) -> usb_endpoint_maxp()
