The tests were performed on a proprietary board using an OMAP3525, revision 3.1
silicon.

The video/camera ports are not being used, so it seems that should not be an
issue. But can you reference an Advisory number for the issue you describe? I'd
like to review the errata to see if it is somehow relevant.

Note that I have verified that this issue does _not_ occur when using the
On-The-Go host controller - it is unique to the EHCI.
