[PATCH v3] usb: gadget: add SS descriptors to Ethernet gadget

This has been lightly tested using a Linux host. I was able to ssh from
device to host and host to device, no obvious problems seen.

Hi Felipe,

I didn't remove the tests for null descriptors before freeing them,
I figure that should be a separate patch that makes the change to
all the gadgets, not just ethernet.
