xhci_hcd Warn: Stalled Endpoint with USB 3.0 to esata connection

still having problems with my USB 3.0 to esata connection to a bunch of drives

my board is Zotac itx H67 with the latest AMI bios that passes XHCI.  Passing of EHCI is disabled.

I am connecting an Addonics USB 3.0 to eSata connection to a SanDisk raid tower (not configured in Raid mode).  All four drives show up fine when connected directly to the esata port and they show up via the Addonics via USB 3.0 under windows, but not in linux.  I am running the 2.6.38 kernel.
