TI USB7320 usb3 failing

Hi,

I'm trying to get TI USB7320 to talk to a Kingstone 16GB USB3 stick
and a Toshiba USB3 SSD.

Both USB3 devices are detected, but the SSD can never be brought up
alive(dead endpoint), the Kingstone can be written to with a small
file sometimes, but most of the time it's not "online" at all, and it
will disappear unpredictably after Linux boots up.

I'm running 2.6.37 kernel, will a backport for USB3 possible in case
the software is getting more mature?

Thanks,
Xianghua
