[PATCH 0/1 v2] xHCI 1.0: Incompatible Device Error

Hi Sarah

This patch has been modified for the three command cases:
	1) configure endpoint command
	2) evaluate context command
	3) address device command
It will return -ENODEV to the USB core for this error event.
