You're right about us not having any full-speed-only gadget drivers but
speaking for myself only - I would really like to see this merged since
sometimes it's useful to test HS/SS gadgets for backward computability and
force them to operate in FS.
Your patch and my patch for forcing FS connection in dummy_hcd helped me to
discover a bug I had in UAS Gadget code.
