Alright, the commit is available in:

git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/davem/sparc-2.6.git master

commit id: 21dccddf45aae2d9f973696ce06115da0d1012b6

The inclusion of that commit means that uhci-hcd.h does not need to be
touched by patch 4. I will send patch 4 V4 as a reply to V3. Please let
me know if you want me to resend the full series as V4. Thanks!
