Sorry, the wording was wrong. The gadget driver and hcd driver have to be
changed changed together or they don't find each other / some function
clash. Instead of maintaining two interfaces it seems easier to convert
all users at once. However it makes no sense to convert all users to the
new interface which is net accepted/ agreed on so only one dummy hcd was
converted as an example.
