I messed up that post. What I posted was the last good commit but the
first bad is the dfa49c4ad120a784ef1ff0717168aa79f55a483a one you found.

I guess you don't need the extra debug info now but just in case here is
a dmesg with CONFIG_USB_XHCI_HCD_DEBUGGING enabled. It's too big for the
mailing list so I put it in a pastebin.
