These are autonomy mode patch set for renesas_usbhs

Current renesas_usbhs is assuming platform uses callback to
notify connection/disconnection by external interrupt.
But some SuperH / platform board doesn't have such feature.
These patches adds autonomy mode which detect USB
connection/disconnection by internal interrupt.
But renesas_usbhs clock will be always ON.
These patches are depend on my
