These are Renesas USBHS driver v2 patches.

Renesas USBHS IP can switch Host/Function,
and I would like to support OTG for it in the future.

- make sure spin-locked area
1st patch add Renesas USBHS common code to driver/usb/renesas_usbhs.
2nd patch add Gadget code to it.
This driver is tested by g_serial/g_ether/g_file_storage.
These patches are based on Linus's latest tree.
