As I preferred at the end of the .37-rc series, I would like to wait on
these and just send them in as part of the big .39-rc1 merge as it is
really late in the .38-rc cycle.

So, could you instead queue these up on my usb-next branch?  As they are
all tagged for the stable tree, they will get into the .38.1 release so
we should be fine.
