Hi, This is the AMD PLL quirk moving patchset v4. Changelog from v3: 1. Remove duplicate quirk code in pci-quirks.c; 2. Remove quirk flag in every HCDs, use a detect function to check probe_result instead. By doing so, external USB host controllers on AMD/ATI platforms will also be covered by the PLL quirk, and non-AMD/ATI platforms do not need to spend the cost to detect AMD/ATI chipsets.
