Acturally I've specified the dependancy clearly in email "[PATCH v2 0/1]add ACA device
support for Intel MID Platform USB OTG"

Anyway, I will put such info into patch's head at the same time in future. I feel sorry
as I'm just lack of experience to do upstream submission. I've tried my best to be
careful when I submit the patch as I know everyone's time is precious.
