Dear All, I am new to this USB audio driver development in Linux environment. We have a EVM chip for which we need to write an USB audio driver in Linux environment. I have gone through the www.alsa-project.org and I did not find a document which describes the architecture of the USB audio driver. However, I found writing an ALSA driver where Takashi explained about the PCI sound cards. Our codec EVM is powered by USB. We need to develop a USB audio driver for our EVM. So, could you please point to me a document / link / sample code which describes the architecture of the USB audio driver in Linux environment. For your information, I have gone through the /usr/src/linux-2.6.32/sound/usb/* sources. Kindly help me. It would be greatly appreciated.
