No issues were raised, but the xHCI driver has changed so that those
parts do no longer apply; I'll have to rebase them.  However, there is
no reason why the other patches couldn't go in now.

The UHCI driver isn't patched because it appears from the datasheets
that Intel UHCI/EHCI controllers do not do MSI.
