Try posting to the linux-kernel list about this.  After wrapping your
emails properly to 72 columns :)

I don't know, go ask Microsoft what they are doing differently, we sure
don't know :)

But odds are, this is an interrupt handling issue at the core level,
like you have found, it's not a USB specific thing.
