Hi All, I remember some time ago there was a discussion some where on removing what ever usb modeswitching code we have, from the kernel sp. option.c. A lot of people argued that it is more effective for this to be done in userspace and we do have a few applications like usb_modeswitch which does it well. Any idea if we actually plan to do that or the idea has been dropped?
