Yes, I did -- Greg merged the fix yesterday.  However that bug would
show up only in situations where the controller was removed (e.g.,
ejecting a cardbus card containing a UHCI controller).

It's worth pointing out that 2.6.26 is a pretty old kernel.  In the
Bugzilla entry that roma1390 referred to (#13316), comment #3 reports
that the problem was fixed back in May, 2009.

(The other "me too" comments talk about different bugs, involving
audio drivers rather than dvb drivers.  At least one of them is caused 
by a driver trying to reload firmware at a time when userspace is 
frozen.)

roma1390 should try using 2.6.34.
