[PATCH] USB: option: Remove duplicate AMOI_VENDOR_ID

AMOI_VENDOR_ID is defined twice.  Remove the duplicate entry and move
the AMOI_PRODUCT_9508 definition to be grouped with the other AMOI
product definitions.
