not really. That's part of the USB spec. It's the start of frame and it will come every 125 us.

2) My device can work in PIO mode as well as DMA mode, but when i configure in DMA mode i face problem sending low number bytes, Is there some limitation to the width of byte which can be configured, i face issue when i set the width 2 bytes.

this will pretty much depend on the controller you're using but I wouldn't use DMA for such a small amount of data.
