[PATCH] usb: musb: Enable the maximum supported burst mode for dma

Burst MODE3 setting will support for BURST4,BURST8,BURST16 or unspecified 
length. No need to check the packet size and set the burst type. And also 
enabled the burst mode for both mode1 and mode0.
