Yes, I'll be glad to give a "real" Linux Foundation device id for this
driver.  How about:
	Vendor id:	0x1d6b		/* Linux Foundation */
	Device id:	0x0103		/* Ethernet Gadget */

I've now reserved it in the usb.ids file.

actually, let's call it NCM gadget :-)
