Do you know about Ben Dooks' next-samsung-hsotg branch ( http://git.fluff.org/gitweb?p=bjdooks/linux.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/next-samsung-hsotg )?
IIUC he's using bounce buffers in the s3c-hsotg driver to solve the same issue (though he hasn't posted these changes as patches IIRC).
