Hi, this set of patches fixes various races in the cdc-wdm driver. I would like to get them in during the next merge window. They have been made possible due to heroic testing by Rickard Bellini. I would like to thank him. Rickard, this set includes the patch I sent today and everything I think is needed, but in an altered form, as I realized that part of the old patch set was wrong with respect to disconnection handling. It is against Greg's current tree. Everybody who wants a working cdc-wdm please test.
