Alan,
Hello guys,
Does this occur on Windows and Mac OSX systems as well as under Linux?
That's the most weird thing, it seems it only happens on Linux.
We had been able to found the problem, it was our hardware. We have a
capacitor we use as power reserve and apparently under certain
circustances it got depleted and was making the chip restart.
Did you figure out why the capacitor doesn't get depleted under Windows
or Mac OSX?
Peter, maybe this explains the problems you have been seeing.
Alan Stern
No we couldn't maybe on Linux we're getting more dataflow? The cap is
feeding a PA (power amplifier) so it should bother on both. Still we
can't figure out why. Maybe Linux is current limiting the usb ports? and
Windows and Mac OSX aren't honoring this?
