Bisected down to this one:
[PATCH 07/22] usb: musb: put transceiver in low power when in idle

Looks like the TWL5030 doesn't like low-power mode much.

Can we drop this till we figure out how to make it work?

Alternative is to make this board dependent and not set it for
the boards with TWL5030 (which means all OMAP3 except EVM and
RX51 I suppose)?
