After the factorization, For a surprise R-Car Gen3(RZ/G2M) doesn't work with this patch, whereas RZ/V2M works.

The difference is R-Car Gen3 needs a Firmware, whereas RZ/V2M doesn't need it.

Enabled below configs[2] in arm64 defconfig for G2M

CONFIG_USB_RZV2M_USB3DRD=y
CONFIG_EXTRA_FIRMWARE="r8a779x_usb3_v3.dlmem"

Currently it is failing here. I am checking the code now by adding some prints.
