Furthermore, the same name should appear in the From: field of the email message In patches 2 and 3, the new entries are in the wrong place in the file. Entries are sorted by vendor and product ID. In patch 3, how do you know that the problem is in the drive? Does it fail in the same way on a Windows or Mac OSX system?
