Now i load driver by udev:
/etc/udev/rules.d/99-airplus-mcd650.rules:
BUS=="usb", ATTRS{idVendor}=="1011", ATTRS{idProduct}=="3198",
RUN+="/sbin/modprobe usbserial vendor=0x1011 product=0x3198"
It will be more convenient, if support is included in the driver
