According to the latest one the problem is still present in 5.18-rc5. Was this issue discussed or even addressed somewhere already? Or does anyone at least have a good idea what might be causing this problem? @reporter: If neither is the case, you most likely will need to perform a bisection with git to identify the change causing the problem. Anyway, could one of the kernel developers among the recipients please help with this? BTW, I was unsure where to send this to the DMA/IOMMU maintainers or the USB/xhci maintainers. I settled for the latter; I apologize in advance if that was the wrong choice. Hint for developers: you normally don't need to care about regzbot once it's involved. Fix the issue as you normally would, just remember to include 'Link:' tag in the patch descriptions pointing to all reports about the issue. This has been expected from developers even before regzbot showed up for reasons explained in 'Documentation/process/submitting-patches.rst' and 'Documentation/process/5.Posting.rst'.
