“libtypec” is aimed to provide a generic interface abstracting all
platform complexity for user space to develop tools for efficient
USB-C port management. The library can also help develop  diagnostic
and debug tools to debug system issues around USB-C/USB PD topology.

- Added discover identity, partner status and get pd message in libtypec .
- Added parsing support for VID, discover identity VDOs.
- Initial prototype for typecstatus utility based on libtypec
- Added wiki page for lstypec and typecstatus
