Call Trace Problem

Dear All,
While running my usb storage driver with WRITE commands I am getting
following trace. In my storage driver READs and WRITEs will execute in
parallel.
Can any one give me suggestion how i can debug to find the exact
problem. The call trace below did not show anything in the driver, so
i'm not able to find the root cause of problem.
