[PATCH 01/24] [Storage] Moved parts not depending on fsg_dev to separate files

Moved parts of the file_storage.c file which are not dependent on
fsg_dev structure to newly created storage_common.c file.

dump_cdb() has been changed to macro to remove fsg_dev
dependency (small price to pay to be able to easily move it to
common file in my opinion).
