The next seven patches are my second attempt at adding support for USB 3.0 bulk streams. This version fixes the problem with the xHCI driver running out of memory or room on the command ring when it attempts to free the streams. It also updates the USB core streams API, based on feedback from Alan, Oliver, and Greg.
