I left in those for which I'm not 100% sure, in particular there's
one in Olaf's name and a SuSE bug number that I was unable to access.

Mitsumi apparently revved the firmware and it stopped matching
in RHEL 5, but upstream everything continued to work. That's why
I noticed.
