For 5.14-rc2 doesn't need to apply mentioned workaround because the 
power issue related to 'rmmod dwc2' resolved.

Could you please apply patch "[PATCH v2] usb: phy: Fix page fault from 
usb_phy_uevent" from Artur Petrosyan and test again.
