I have runed "udevadm --monitor" on Ubuntu9.04 with 2.6.29.5,but the 
result is different with your expection:

I don't think the key is reset_resume(),because when monitor ICON 220, the 
event log is same but the modem work fine,there is also not reset_resume() 
in hso.c which the modem used.
