This particular error code means Not Ready, Medium Not Present.  In 
other words, the reader doesn't appear to be aware that the card was 
inserted.

I can't tell why because your usbmon log didn't start at the beginning.  
In your testing you should issue the "cat 1u" command before plugging 
in the Myson device, and make sure the SDHC card is inserted before you 
attach the USB cable.  You don't have to insert and remove the card 
several times; just wait a few seconds (until the "sde:" message 
appears in the system log) and then stop the test.

Also, for comparison you should run the same test on the PClinuxOS 
system.
