Can you provide a complete dmesg log showing everything from startup (but not including the "blocked for more than 120 seconds" messages which we already have seen)? This should be from a kernel with CONFIG_USB_DEBUG enabled, but not CONFIG_USB_STORAGE_DEBUG.
