Earlier "dwc2_port_suspend()" and "dwc2_port_resume()" functions
were implemented without proper description and host or device mode
difference.
- Added "dwc2_port_suspend" and "dwc2_port_resume" functions to
"core.h" header file.
- Updated function description in documentation.
