Problem (bug?) with rndis_host

Hello
I've posted my bug on Kernel Bug Tracker:
http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13804
but they redirected me here.

I have problem with rndis_host kernel module. Since the moment I installed Linux on new machine, this module causes kernel oop in unexpected moments. Of course, I checked latest kernel development version (2.6.31-rc3-git5 source from fedora repository), but it still occurs.

I have following USB devices installed:
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Bus 004 Device 002: ID 03f0:1d04 Hewlett-Packard
Bus 004 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 003 Device 003: ID 046d:c517 Logitech, Inc. LX710 Cordless Desktop Laser
Bus 003 Device 002: ID 07b2:5120 Motorola BCS, Inc. SurfBoard SB5120 Cable Modem (RNDIS)
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub

After crash, one of devices stops working immediately, others after a moment, in random order. For example, usually first device which stops working is Motorola modem. After some time, mouse stops too. It's odd for me, that mouse doesn't crash together with keyboard, in spite of fact they're both using same transmitter and same USB port (but I don't know system architecture well). There are also additional symptoms: trying to execute some commands, like 'lsusb' or 'rmmod rndis_host' after crash locks terminal.

The oop usually comes in random moments, but I noticed it happens more often while e.g. downloading a big file. In reality, for me it's almost impossible to download file bigger than ~100MB without reboot.

Platform (uname -a): Linux vshader.dyndns.info 2.6.29.5-191.fc11.x86_64 #1 SMP
But as I said, I checked latest kernel too.

Sometimes backtrace looks little other, but I don't know is it normal in that case.

Thanks in advance
