Correct non working trace doesn't show any errors,thats the reason wanted to
know what is happening internally,it is happening with most Android
phones,whereas some phones work.
I can avoid set-config request,but just wanted to know more why this has
started happening,Since with all device we call Select-Configuration and it
works fine
