That fix is part of the linux-next repository, and it will be included in the
release of kernel version 5.10 about 3 months from now.

If you don't want to wait that long, you'll have to build your own kernel. 
It's an involved process, not difficult but time-consuming.  I don't want to
explain all the details here; there are plenty of guides available on the web
describing how to build and test kernels.  In fact, the web site for your Linux
distribution probably has something that shows how to do this.
